摘　　要：分析热成型生产工艺,对加热炉进行优化设计,合理规划生产线布局,优化选择搬运装置,配备工业机器人作业平台,对多层箱式炉与工业机器人进行整合,形成高性价比的热成型自动化生产线,实现热成型零件批量生产。发展应用箱式炉的热成型生产系统,能够更好地满足热成型零部件厂商对车用高强度钢零件生产的多样化需求。The hot forming production process was analyzed,the design of the heating furnace was optimized,the layout of the production line was reasonably planed,the selection of handling device was optimized,the industrial robot operation platform was equiped,the multi-layer box furnace and industrial robot were integrated,and a cost-effective automatic hot forming production line was formed to achieve mass production of hot forming part.By developing and applying a hot forming production system of box furnace,it is possible to meet the diverse need of hot forming component manufacturer for the production of high-strength steel part for vehicle.
