摘 要:国际中文教育高质量发展是促进国际中文教育守正创新,推动中华文化更好走向世界的必由之路。国际中文教育高质量发展是我国经济社会高质量发展的有机组成部分,体现了质量提升、结构优化、创新驱动的内涵特征。国际中文教育高质量发展以质量、结构、创新等关键要素的配置和优化为实践进路,具体体现在三个方面:一是质量提升,要加强标准建设和应用,提高国际中文教育师资质量,提升国际中文教育治理能力;二是结构优化,要优化国际中文教育布局,优化国际中文教师队伍结构,优化教育模式;三是创新驱动,要推进国际中文教育技术赋能,制度创新及业态创新。High-quality development of international Chinese education is the only way to promote both traditional and innovative aspects of international Chinese education,and to better introduce Chinese culture to the world.It is an organic part of the high-quality development of China’s economy and society,and reflects the connotation features of quality improvement,structural optimization,and innovation driving.The practical path of high-quality development of international Chinese education lies in the configuration and optimization of key elements such as quality,structure and innovation.Specifically,it involves three aspects:firstly,quality improvement,which requires strengthening standard construction and application,improving the quality of international Chinese education teachers,and enhancing the governance capacity of international Chinese education;secondly,structural optimization,which includes optimizing the layout of international Chinese education,the structure of international Chinese teachers,and educational models;thirdly,innovation driving,which involves promoting technological empowerment,institutional innovation,and business model innovation for international Chinese education.
