摘　　要：结合杭州地铁长期运营过程中信号各子系统故障发生前的征兆,从车载信号、区域控制器及车地无线通信等运行日志中,提炼和整合分析列车定位、网络延迟、网络干扰、网络中断等重要信息,通过数据透视图表等分析工具直观展示设备隐患信息,以此完善对设备的预防性维修机制,从而在设备发生故障前提前介入,防止列车紧急制动故障的发生。Combined with the signs before the failure of signal subsystems during the long-term operation of Hangzhou metro,important information such as train positioning,network delay,network interference and network interruption is extracted and integrated from the operation logs of onboard signals,regional controllers,and train ground wireless communication.Through analysis tools such as data perspective charts,hidden danger information of equipments is visually displayed to improve the preventive maintenance mechanism for equipment,so as to intervene in advance before the occurrence of equipment failure and prevent the occurrence of train emergency braking failure.
