摘  要:根据既有铁路骨干通信网网管系统的运用现状和存在的问题,明确网管系统的改造目标:改造后的网管系统可对骨干通信网的业务承载、资源占用等进行故障预测,对通信网设备状态、机房环境等进行感知,并具备全生命周期的自动维护检修能力和跨域协同运维能力。首先,网管系统应建设统一的基于云架构的集中平台,采用异地容灾方案,提升系统的可靠性和扩展性,满足未来骨干通信网新增业务需求。其次,提出网管系统安全防护改造方案,提升网管系统的安全防护能力,系统网络安全补强与系统改造同步建设、同步使用,改造后的网管系统达到三级网络安全防护要求。最后,提出网管系统改造的过渡措施,确保系统改造过程中不影响通信网络设备的正常运行。According to the current situation and existing problems of the existing railway backbone communication network management system,the transformation goal of the network management system is clarified.The transformed network management system can predict the fault of the service bearing and resource occupation of the backbone communication network,perceive the status of communication network equipment and computer room environment,and have the automatic maintenance and repair capabilities and cross-domain collaborative operation and maintenance capabilities of the whole life cycle.Firstly,the network management system should build a unified centralized platform based on cloud architecture,adopt remote disaster recovery solutions,improve the reliability and scalability of the system,and meet the new business needs of future backbone communication networks.Secondly,the security protection transformation scheme of network management system is proposed to upgrade the security protection capability.The system network security reinforcement is constructed and used synchronously with the system transformation.The transformed network management system meets ClassⅢnetwork security protection requirements.Finally,transitional measures for the transformation of the network management system are proposed to ensure that the normal operation of the communication network equipment is not affected during the system transformation.
