摘　　要：本文介绍了一座7000余平方米疫苗冷库制冷系统、除湿系统及电气控制系统、保温的设计要点。通过采用小换热温差、织物风道送风、转轮除湿等技术提升冷库温度均匀性,通过“一用一备”的制冷双系统、交叉融霜及远程管理等技术提升冷库的安全性,满足国内及出口疫苗认证的标准。The design points of refrigeration system,dehumidification system,electrical control system and thermal insulation of a vaccine cold storage with an area of more than 7000 square meters are introduced.The temperature uniformity of the cold storage is improved by adopting the technologies of small heat exchange temperature difference,fabric air duct air supply,rotary wheel dehumidification.Through the one work one standby refrigeration system,cross-defrosting and remote management technology to improve the safety of cold storage,and to meet the domestic and export vaccine certification standards.
