弹力针织面料非典型染色不匀的分析

摘　　要：探讨在生产中弹力针织面料染色不匀的原因。通过分析和对比试验发现:一是染料组合中染料上染速率不一致导致的常规色花,其补救措施简单,加大匀染剂用量和调整升温曲线可以改善;二是高氨纶含量针织物在染整加工过程中,油渍导致染料拒染产生的非典型色花,预防和补救措施不能用常规方法,要先去除油渍,然后解决织物染色不匀。并指出弄清织物染色不匀的原因是预防和补救的关键,非典型色花采用新除油工艺,即除油剂3.0 g/L、匀染剂1.00%、80℃在染缸内除油20 min可以有效预防。Dyeing unevenness of elastic knitted fabrics often occurs in production.Through analysis and comparative tests,one of the causes is the unevenness of conventional dyeing caused by the inconsistency of dyeing rate in the dye combination.The remedial measures are simple,such as increasing the leveler and adjusting the heating curve.Another cause is in dyeing and finishing process for high spandex content of knitwear,oil stains lead to atypical uneven color.Preventive and remedial measures should not go to conventional methods,which need to remove oil stains,and then solve the fabric dyeing uneven phenomenon.It points out that the cause of uneven fabric dyeing is the key of prevention and remedy.Atypical uneven dyeing employs new oil removal process,and the agent 3.0 g/L,leveling agent 1.00%,80℃and 20 minutes in the dye vat for oil removal can effectively prevent atypical dyeing unevenness.
