摘　　要：针对传统执勤报表管理系统体例不一致、部分重要参数缺失、记录内容分散及可移植性差的问题,提出了信息化的执勤报表管理系统,介绍了信息化执勤报表管理系统的设计目标。基于传统系统的缺点,提出了模块化的软件设计架构。对各功能模块进行详细阐述,通过对各功能模块的设计,总结了各自的功能处理流程。通过实例验证了信息化执勤报表管理系统的可行性及易操作性。Aiming at the problems of inconsistent style,missing important parameters,scattered record and poor portability in traditional duty report management system,an informatization duty report management system is proposed.The design goal of the system is introduced.Based on the shortcomings of the traditional system,a modular software design architecture is proposed.The functions of each module are described in detail.The functional processing flows are summarized though the design of each functional module.At last,the feasibility and operability of the system are verified though the examples.
