摘 要:苦瓜(Momordica charantia)为葫芦科(Cucurbitaceae)苦瓜属(Momordica)一年生攀缘草本植物,药食同源,在我国南北各地均广泛栽培,种质资源丰富,不仅富含维生素C、膳食纤维和氨基酸等多种营养物质,还具有清热解毒和养血滋肝等多种药用功效。近年来,我国苦瓜的育种研究取得了重要进展。基于前人的研究成果,总结了苦瓜种质资源及其分类和性状遗传、性别分化与雌性系选育、抗病性、新品种选育等方面取得的研究进展,并综合分析了目前我国苦瓜育种研究中存在的问题,对未来苦瓜育种工作进行了展望,以期能为苦瓜育种及其相关基础理论的深入研究提供帮助。Bitter gourd(Momordica charantia)is an annual climbing herb of the Cucurbitaceae Momordica genus,which has the same origin in medicine and food.It is widely cultivated in the North and South of China,with abundant germplasm resources.Not only is it rich in various nutrients such as vitamin C,dietary fiber,and amino acids,but also it has various medicinal effects,such as,clearing heat and detoxification,and nourishing the liver.In recent years,great progress has been made in the research and application of the breeding of bitter gourd.In this paper,based on the previous research results,the research progress on the breeding of bitter gourd from the germplasm resources,classification,and character inheritance,sex differentiation and female line selection,study of disease resistance,and new variety was summarized,and the problems existing in current bitter gourd breeding research were comprehensively analyzed,and prospects were made for the future work,with a view to providing assistance for the in-depth research,utilization of bitter gourd and related basic theories.
