摘 要:以西瓜品种农科大5号为材料,研究叶面喷施不同质量浓度的硒肥(0、5、15、30、50 mg·L^(-1))和不同浓度的海藻糖(0、5、10、15、20 mmol·L^(-1))对西瓜生长、产量及果实品质的影响。结果表明,喷施适宜浓度的硒肥、海藻糖可以促进西瓜植株生长,提高西瓜产量及果实品质,其中以50 mg·L^(-1)硒肥处理和15 mmol·L^(-1)海藻糖处理效果最佳。与对照相比,50 mg·L^(-1)硒肥处理西瓜果实中心和边部可溶性固形物、可溶性总糖含量分别增加11.24%、17.51%和29.99%,可溶性蛋白、番茄红素含量分别增加32.00%、20.97%,硒含量是对照的19.8倍;15 mmol·L^(-1)海藻糖处理组西瓜果实中心、边部可溶性固形物含量分别增加11.15%、17.34%,可溶性总糖、可溶性蛋白和番茄红素含量分别增加19.30%、30.43%和12.69%,并增产24.11%。综上,合理施用外源硒肥、海藻糖可以实现西瓜优质高产生产。In order to explore the effect of foliar spraying of selenium fertilizer and trehalose on the growth,yield and quality of watermelon,the watermelon variety Nongkeda 5 was used as the material,and four different concentration treatments were designed for each fertilizer,and the foliar spraying of water was used as the control.The effects of different concentrations of selenium fertilizer and trehalose on watermelon growth,fruit shape,fruit quality and yield were studied.The results showed that the selenium fertilizer concentration of 50 mg·L^(-1) had the best performance,which could significantly increase the soluble solids,selenium content,total soluble sugar,soluble protein and lycopene content in watermelon flesh,and meet the standard of daily selenium intake everyone.The trehalose concentration of 15 mmol·L^(-1) showed the best performance.Compared with the control,the contents of soluble solids in the center and edge of watermelon fruits were significantly increased by 11.15%and 17.34%,and the contents of soluble protein and lycopene were significantly increased,and the yield was increased by 24.11%.It can be seen that the reasonable application of exogenous selenium fertilizer and trehalose can achieve high quality and high yield of watermelon.
