摘 要:在原有平板光催化反应器的基础上,设计了一种新型折流式光催化反应器。选择甲醛(HCHO)为目标污染物,利用环境测试舱,结合计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)软件,分析了折流式光催化反应器降解HCHO的动力学特性。结果表明:相较于平板反应器,折流式反应器增加了光催化反应面积、延长了气体停留时间,降解HCHO的总衰减常数是平板反应器的3倍;通过CFD模拟发现,在反应器内增设导流片可以减小反应器内的局部涡流,使流速场和浓度场更加均匀,有助于平衡光催化剂表面的传质-反应特性;通过正交实验发现,对反应器洁净空气量(clean air delivery rate,CADR)影响最大的因素为空气流速,其次为HCHO初始浓度,最后是催化剂负载量。Based on the original flat photocatalytic reactor,a novel baffling photocatalytic reactor coated with TiO 2 was proposed.In this reseach,formaldehyde was chosen as the target pollutant and the kinetic characteristics of the reactor were analyzed by using an environmental chamber and the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software.The results show that compared with plate photocatalytic reactor,the baffling photocatalytic reactor enlarges the reaction area and increases the residence time.,the total decay rate constants of which increase more than three times.The CFD simulation results show that the local eddy currents in the reactor become smaller and the distribution of flow velocity and HCHO concentration become more even when adding deflectors in the reactor,which can balance the mass transfer-reaction capability of the photocatalyst surface.The results of orthogonal experiment show that the flow rate has the biggest impact on the CADR values of photocatalytic reactor,followed by HCHO initial concentration and catalysts loading in turn.
