摘 要:在分析了目标高含硫天然气组分及含量的基础上,采用MDEA/DEA混合胺溶液对高含硫天然气进行脱硫脱碳处理,并对MDEA/DEA法脱硫脱碳工艺的主要参数进行了优化。确定最佳工艺参数为:MDEA/DEA混合胺溶液中MDEA和DEA的质量浓度分别为41.0%和5.0%、MDEA/DEA混合胺溶液循环量为105 m^(3)·h^(-1)、吸收塔压力为4 MPa、吸收塔塔板数为20块、MDEA/DEA混合胺溶液温度为40℃,在此条件下,净化气中H_(2)S和CO_(2)的含量分别为10.69 mg·m^(-3)和2.74%,能够达到GB 17820-2018中二类天然气的质量要求。On the basis of the analyses of the components and contents of the target high-sulfur natural gas,we used MDEA/DEA mixed amine solution for desulfurization and decarbonization of high-sulfur natural gas,and optimized the main parameters of the desulfurization and decarbonization by MDEA/DEA process.The optimal process parameters can be determined as follows:the mass concentrations of MDEA and DEA in MDEA/DEA mixed amine solution are 41.0%and 5.0%,respectively,the circulation amount of MDEA/DEA mixed amine solution is 105 m 3·h^(-1),the pressure of absorption tower is 4 MPa,the plate number of absorption tower is 20,and the temperature of MDEA/DEA mixed amine solution is 40℃.Under above conditions,the contents of H_(2)S and CO_(2)in purified gas are 10.69 mg·m^(-3)and 2.74%,respectively,which can meet the quality requirements of secondary natural gas in GB 17820-2018.
