摘　　要：【目的】分析全球特别是我国在印刷干燥装置方面的专利技术发展情况,为后续印刷干燥装置的改进创新提供参考。【方法】以现阶段能够检索到的公开的专利技术文献为基础,对现有与印刷干燥装置相关的专利的申请国别、申请量、申请人及法律状态等相关内容进行梳理,得到关于印刷干燥装置的专利技术发展路径。【结果】印刷干燥装置领域的专利技术申请,早期被国外占据,但近些年我国的专利申请量正在逐年增加,申请质量也逐渐提高。【结论】应从研发、政策和管理等多方面入手,坚持以推动高质量发展为主题,全面提升知识产权创造、运用、保护、管理和服务水平,加快推进知识产权强国建设。[Purposes]The main purpose of this study is to analyze the world′s(especially our country′s)development in the printing drying device patent technology field,and to provide the subsequent print⁃ing drying device with a reference for improvement and innovation for.[Methods]Based on the available open patent technology literature at the present stage,the country of application,the number of applica⁃tions,the applicants and the legal status of the existing patents related to printing drying devices were sorted out,and the development path of the patent technology of printing drying devices was obtained.[Findings]The application of patent technology in the field of printing drying device was occupied by foreign countries at the early stage,but in recent years,the number of patent application in our country is increasing year by year,and the quality of patent application is also increasing gradually.[Conclusions]We should start from research and development,policies and management,stick to the theme of promot⁃ing high-quality development,comprehensively improve the level of creation,application,protection,management and service of intellectual property,and speed up the building of an intellectual property power.
