摘 要:采用锰粉和铝粉为基础原料,利用少量的KBF_(4)作为助熔剂,并添加微量的稀土氧化物,压制成型得到三种KBF_(4)质量分数(1%、3%和5%)的FA75Mn添加剂,将添加剂投人铝液进行实收率试验。结果表明:随着投人时间的延长,三种FA75Mn添加剂的实收率都明显增加;随着KBF4含量的增加,FA75Mn添加剂的实收率最终有所增大;当投入时间到达到10min后,所有添加剂的实收率都大于90%,其中添加w(KBF_(4))=5%的FA75Mn添加剂实收率最高,达到93.075%。Three types of FA75Mn additives with KBF_(4) mass fractions(1%,3%,and 5%)were obtained by pressing with manganese powder and aluminum powder as the basic raw materials,a small amount of KBF_(4) as the melting flux,and a trace amount of rare earth oxide added.Then the additives were put into the molten aluminum for a yield test.The results show that with the extension of input time,the yield of the three FA75Mn additives significantly increases.With the increase of KBF4 content,the yield of FA75Mn additive significantly increases.When the input time reaches 10 minutes,the yield of all additives is greater than 90%.The highest yield of FA75Mn additive is achieved by adding w(KBF_(4))=5%,reaching 93.075%.
