摘　　要：简要介绍了新能源汽车铝型材挤压模具设计技术,包括机台及模具规格的确定、模具结构的设计、模具钢材和热处理以及维护保养的方法及要点。结合实际案例,对模具进行优化,挤压出完全合格的新能源汽车用铝型材。This article briefly introduces the design technology of aluminum extrusion molds for new energy vehicles,including the determination of machine and mold specifications,design of mold structure,mold steel and heat treatment,as well as maintenance methods and key points.Based on practical cases,the mold has been optimized and the fully qualified aluminum profiles have been extruded for new energy vehicles.
