摘　　要：研究了2×××、7×××系铝合金棒材化合物聚集问题,通过显微组织观察及物相分析,确定了化合物聚集缺陷为铸锭外层偏析组织车除不净的残留物在热挤压时进入棒材组织内部形成的。通过分析该缺陷遗传性,提出了改善措施。The compound aggregation in 2××and 7×××series aluminum alloy rods has been investigated.Through microstructure observation and phase analysis,it is determined that the compound aggregation defects are the residues of the segregation structure on the out-er layer of the ingot after insufficient lathing,which enter into the internal structure of the rod through hot extrusion.By analyzing the heritability of the defect,improvement measures were proposed.
