摘 要:通过中国知网数据库中1991—2021年刘璨的135项研究成果,梳理了刘璨在集体林权制度改革研究中的研究思想和主要成果,涵盖集体林权制度改革、林业可持续发展研究、退耕还林与精准扶贫、森林资源保护与生态文明建设、生态效益与生态补偿、消除贫困与林业投融资以及林业产业发展等方面;以每10年作为一个时期划分,在3个时期主要研究方法各有侧重,从早期的现金流量动态分析法、主成分分析法、线性差分及限定记忆递推算法、Faust-mann模型分析等,到DEA分析法、固定效应分析法、比较效益博弈法、效益转移动态预测模型分析等,再到随机前沿生产模型SFA分析法、PSM倾向评分匹配法、生产力变化法和替代法、委托-代理模型分析法、Oaxaca-Blinder分解模型计量法以及收入决定方程和基尼系数分解模型分析法等,研究方法不断完善且更加科学与先进;研究内容主要包括集体林权制度变迁中的管理模式选择、集体林产权概念的科学界定与分权演化、集体林产权制度改革中农户收入与林业可持续发展等;开拓创新了集体林权流转改革思路与方向,较早地将中国集体林权制度改革与精准扶贫、消除贫困、林区转型升级等相结合,创建了国内首个“林业重点工程与消除贫困”大样本数据库;其学术贡献主要包括:一是率先在国内引入制度经济量化分析方法于研究林业制度改革与变迁领域;二是率先引入产权束理论研究“三权”分置问题,为产权研究和林权制度改革精细化与生态补偿机制研究提供先导;三是率先将集体林权改革研究与集体林区转型升级、农户增收和消除贫困相结合,科学量化分析,助力精准扶贫、新农村发展与乡村振兴等。⑴Background——Collective forest and collective forest land are important forest resources and land re-sources of the country,important production factors of forestry,but also an important livelihood guarantee for farmers.Since the reform and opening-up,China's collective forest construction has made many achievements and made great contributions to the economic and social development and ecological construction of the country.⑵Methods——This paper sorts out 135 research achievements of Liu Can from 1991—2021 in the database of China National Knowledge Network.This paper analyzes and expounds the main research fields and main research methods of Liu Can in the research of collective forest rights system reform in the past 30 years by using statistical method,historical comparison method and inductive method.⑶Results——It is found that the main research thoughts and characteristics of Liu Can are mainly reflected in three aspects:First,he is one of the early scholars who applied quantitative analysis methods to forestry research in China and his research methods are systematic,scientific and cutting-edge.During the first decade,his research methods mainly include dynamic cash flow analysis,principal component analysis,linear difference and limited memory recursive algorithm,and Faustmann model analysis,etc.During the second decade,his research methods mainly include data envelopment analysis(DEA),fixed effects model,comparative benefit game method,dynamic prediction model of benefit transfer,etc.During the third decade,his research methods mainly include stochastic frontier analysis(SFA),propensity score matching(PSM),productivity change method and substitution method,principal-agent model analysis,Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition model,income determination equation and the Gini coefficient decomposition model,etc.There are more than 40 quantitative analysis methods in his research achievements.Second,his academic research is forward-looking and pioneering.He has created the first large sample database
