摘  要:为了明晰阻燃剂10-(2-三甲基硅烷基-乙基)-9-氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO-VTS)在超临界CO_(2)流体中的溶解行为,在压力10~25 MPa、温度323.15~393.15 K条件下,利用动态法测定了DOPO-VTS在超临界CO_(2)中的溶解度。分析了系统温度、压力对阻燃剂DOPO-VTS溶解度的影响,并利用Chrastil模型、Ad-Chrastil模型、MST模型、Ad-MST模型对DOPO-VTS在超临界CO_(2)中的溶解度数据进行拟合。结果表明,DOPO-VTS在110 min时达到溶解平衡;随着温度、压力升高,DOPO-VTS溶解度也随之增加;在超临界CO_(2)中的溶解度范围为1.189×10^(-6)~2.342×10^(-6) mol/mol;在温度393.15 K,压力24 MPa条件下,DOPO-VTS可获得最大溶解度;与其他3种半经验方程相比,通过引入4个方程参数,Ad-MST模型拟合效果最好,其相对偏差(AARD)值为12.13%。In order to determine the solubility behavior of 10-(2-trimethylsilyl-ethyl)-9-hydrogen-9-oxa-10-phoxanthine-10-oxide(DOPO-VTS) in supercritical CO_(2) fluid,solubility of DOPO-VTS was measured by dynamic method at a pressure of 10~25 MPa and a temperature of 323.15~393.15 K.The influence of temperature and pressure on the DOPO-VTS solubility was analyzed,and the solubility data of flame retardant in supercritical CO_(2) were fitted by Chrastil model,Ad Chrastil model,MST model and Ad MST model.The results show that the DOPO-VTS solution reaches equilibrium at 110 min.The solubility of flame retardant is enhanced with the increase of temperature and pressure.The solubility ranges in supercritical CO_(2) is 1.189×10^(-6) ~ 2.342×10^(-6) mol/mol.The optimum process conditions of solubility of DOPO-VTS is temperature of 393.15 K and pressure of 24 MPa.Compared with the other three semi-empirical equations,Ad-MST model presents the best fitting effect by introducing four equation parameters with a AARD value of 12.13%.
