摘 要:为改善传统泡沫炭的性能,以碳纳米管改性树脂为基体,纳米ZrO_(2)粒子为增强相,通过压塑成形-高温热处理制得纳米ZrO_(2)改性泡沫炭复合材料。采用扫描电子显微镜、万能试验机和网络分析仪研究纳米ZrO_(2)含量对泡沫炭复合材料的微观结构、力学性能以及电磁屏蔽效能的影响;通过热常数仪研究改性前后泡沫炭复合材料的热导率,分析其高温传热行为。结果表明:纳米ZrO_(2)粒子质量分数为5%时,泡沫炭复合材料隔热性能最好,800℃下热导率仅为0.213 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),较改性前降低了38.6%;其压缩强度和比压缩强度达到最大值,分别为11.6 MPa和23.7 MPa·cm^(3)·g^(-1),较改性前分别提高了65.7%和51.5%。此时泡沫炭复合材料的电磁屏蔽效能在8.2~12.4 GHz下的均值为57 dB,较纯泡沫炭提升了74%。In order to improve the performance of traditional carbon foams,ZrO_(2) nanoparticlesmodified carbon foam composites were prepared by compression molding and high temperature heat treatment,with carbon nanotubes modified resin as matrix,and ZrO_(2) nanoparticles as reinforcement.Scanning electron microscope(SEM),universal testing machine and network analyzer were employed to investigate the influence of content of ZrO_(2) nanoparticles on the microstructure,mechanical properties and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of carbon foam composites,respectively.Thermal conductivities of pure carbon foam and modified carbon foam composites were characterized by laser-flash thermal conductivity measurement,and their high-temperature heat transfer behaviors were then analyzed.Results showed that carbon foam composites with 5% ZrO_(2)(in mass fraction)had the optimum thermal insulation.Its thermal conductivity at 800 ℃ was 0.213 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),38.6% lower than that of pure carbon foam.It also exhibited the maximum compressive strength and specific compressive strength(11.6 MPa and 23.7 MPa·cm^(3)·g^(-1))increased by 65.7% and 51.5%,respectively,compared to the pure carbon foam.And it achieved the best electromagnetic shielding performance in the range of 8.2 to 12.4 GHz,with an average value of 57 dB,which increased by 74% to that of pure carbon foams.
