摘  要:为探究地下储气井井筒在倾斜、弯曲、变形等缺陷状况下安全使用状况,研究人员研发了一种地下储气井井筒倾斜弯曲模拟样管,样管能够用于地下储气井检测中套管腐蚀减薄后出现的弯曲变形等情况的研究、信号标定、检测装置的校准和复核,具有结构紧凑、制作方便等特点,井筒倾斜、弯曲、变形缺陷的样管还可模拟地应力、不同等级内部载荷和循环变化载荷作用下缺陷的发展状况和缺陷危险性。解决了缺乏储气井井筒倾斜、弯曲、变形缺陷的模拟检测用储气井样管的需求,并为储气井井筒倾斜、弯曲、变形缺陷后期评价标准的制定奠定研究基础。In order to explore the safe use of underground gas storage well shafts under defects such as inclination,bending,and deformation,a simulation sample tube for inclined bending of underground gas storage well shafts has been developed.The sample tube can be used for research,signal calibration,calibration,and review of detection devices in the detection of bending deformation caused by casing corrosion and thinning in underground gas storage wells.It has the characteristics of compact structure and convenient production.The sample tube with deformation defects can also simulate the development status and danger of defects under ground stress,different levels of internal loads,and cyclic changing loads.It solved the problem of the lack of gas storage well sample tubes for simulation detection of inclined,bent,and deformed defects in gas storage wells,and laid a foundation for the development of post evaluation standards for inclined,bent,and deformed defects in gas storage wells.
