摘　　要：情志应激可通过多种途径促进恶性肿瘤转移,中医药在防治情志疾病方面积累了丰富的临床经验,形成了完整、独特的理论体系。通过系统综述,对中医药调节情志应激防治恶性肿瘤复发转移的优势进行分析,尝试提出恶性肿瘤患者情志应激状态的干预策略,旨在为中西医结合防治恶性肿瘤复发转移的相关研究提供参考。Emotional stress can stimulate the invasion and metastasis of malignant tumors through various ways.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has accumulated rich clinical experience in preventing and treating emotional diseases,and has formed a complete and unique theoretical system.The advantages of TCM in regulating emotional stress to prevent and treat recurrence and metastasis of malignant tumors are analyzed based on a systematic review,and intervention strategies for emotional stress in patients with malignant tumors are proposed in this paper,aiming to provide reference for further research related to the integrative medicine prevention and treatment of the recurrence and metastasis of malignant tumors.
