经筋病“筋结”理论及其临床应用探析

摘　　要：从筋结的内涵、分布及生理病理特点出发,梳理和探讨筋结的理论基础,并综述其在运动、消化、神经、循环等系统疾病治疗中的临床应用现状,以进一步总结经筋病的发病规律,进而为临床治疗筋结相关疾病提供参考。In this paper,the theoretical basis of tendon nodules is organized and discussed in terms of connotation,distribution and physiopathological characteristics,and the current clinical application of the theory of tendon nodules in the treatment of diseases of the motor,digestive,neurological and circulatory systems are reviewed to further summarize the pathogenesis of meridian-tendon diseases and provide reference materials for the clinical treatment of tendon nodules and related diseases.
