摘　　要：通过梳理中医腹诊的渊源和治疗的难点,分析脑卒中昏迷临床常见的腹证及方证类型,进而总结运用黄煌教授“方-病-人”经方诊疗体系结合腹诊治疗脑卒中昏迷的临床体会。并附验案2则。This paper reviews the origin and treatment difficulties of abdominal diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine,analyzes common clinical abdominal syndromes and types of fang-syndrome in post-stroke coma,and summarizes the clinical experience with Professor Huang Huang's“fangdisease-person”classical prescription diagnosis and treatment system and abdominal diagnosis for the treatment of post-stroke coma.Two proven cases are provided.
