摘　　要：铁死亡是一种特殊的铁依赖性细胞死亡形式,近年来越来越多的研究提示淋巴瘤细胞对铁死亡高度敏感。中医药在临床治疗淋巴瘤中展现出良好的疗效,有研究表明部分中药的作用靶点与铁死亡通路存在串联。基于铁死亡机制及其与淋巴瘤之间的关联,进一步探讨中医药干预淋巴瘤的作用靶点,可为淋巴瘤的中医药诊治提供科学理论依据。Ferroptosis is a specific form of iron-dependent cell death.More and more studies in recent years have suggested that lymphoma cells are highly sensitive to ferroptosis.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has shown good efficacy in the clinical treatment of lymphoma,and some studies have indicated that some of the action targets of TCM are connected with ferroptosis pathways.Based on the mechanism of ferroptosis and its association with lymphoma,we further explore the targets of TCM intervention in lymphoma in this paper to provide a scientific and theoretical basis for TCM diagnosis and treatment of lymphoma.
