摘 要:探究了编织参数及防污涂层对芳纶编织绳拉伸性能的影响。首先,以Kevlar 129为原材料,在16锭编织机上制备3种编织角(15°、25°、35°)的芳纶编织绳,并通过拉伸对3种编织绳的力学性能进行测试,以探究编织角对其拉伸断裂强力和拉伸断裂伸长率的影响;随后通过涂层工艺对芳纶编织绳的表面进行处理,并探究了涂层处理前后芳纶编织绳的拉伸性能及其断裂破坏模式。结果表明:随编织角的减小,编织绳的拉伸断裂强力逐渐增大,而拉伸断裂伸长率逐渐下降;涂层处理后编织绳拉伸断裂伸长率降低,初始模量增大,拉伸断裂强力略微提升。The influences of braided parameters and anti-fouling coating on the tensile properties of aramid braided ropes were explored.Firstly,Kevlar 129 was used as the raw material to prepare aramid braided ropes with three kinds of braiding angles(15°,25°,35°) on a 16-spindle braiding machine.The mechanical properties of the three kinds of braided ropes were tested through stretching to investigate the effect of braiding angles on tensile breaking strength and elongation at tensile break.Subsequently,the surface of the aramid braided ropes was treated by coating process,and the tensile properties and fracture failure mode of the aramid braided ropes before and after coating treatment were investigated.The results showed that as the braided angle decreased,the tensile breaking strength of the braided rope gradually increased,while the elongation at tensile break gradually decreased.After coating treatment,the elongation at tensile break of the braided rope decreased,the initial modulus increased,and the breaking tensile strength slightly increased.
