绿色引领下农村居民点精细化整治模式与实践——以长兴县河桥村为例

摘　　要：农村居民点整治是中国土地整治和村庄规划建设的重要内容,绿色生态是农村居民点整治的必然要求。当前农村居民点整治实践对于乡村的干预过于“粗放”,面临资源的过度消耗、空间的同质化和居民点内部环境质量下降等生态性问题,提升“精细”程度对实现农村居民点整治的绿色生态具有重要意义。文章引入“精细化”理念,构建以“多途径支撑的精细化调研”“宅院尺度的精细化土地整理”“针对需求的精细化人居环境塑造”为内容的农村居民点精细化整治模式,并以浙江省湖州市长兴县河桥村为例,从“节约资源”和“生态宜居”两个角度验证其绿色生态的有效性,以期为其他村庄的土地整治提供借鉴经验。Rural settlement consolidation is vital for land regulation and village planning and construction in China,while green ecology is the inevitable requirement of it.Rural settlement consolidation is calling for a greener model and is currently confronted with problems such as excessive consumption of resources,homogenization of village space and deterioration of the village ecological environment.Firstly,establish the connection between green ecology and rural settlement consolidation.Secondly,take“refinement”as the realization path of green ecology.Finally,put forward a refined mode,which includes conducting research through multiple channels in the investigation process,making land adjustments at the homestead scale and shaping the living environment according to the needs.To verify the effectiveness of refined mode and provide a reference for other villages,this paper takes Heqiao village,a village located in Changxing County,Huzhou City and Zhejiang Province,as an example to verify the improvement of green ecology from the aspects of resource conservation and ecological and suitable living environment.
