基于结构方程模型的大学生就业影响因素分析——以曲阜师范大学为例

摘　　要：为了更加了解大学生就业现状,以曲阜师范大学2021届毕业生为研究对象,建立结构方程模型分析影响毕业生就业的主要因素.通过数值结果分析得出结论:影响最大的是家庭因素,其次是个人因素.在家庭因素中,家庭经济状况以及父母择业观念很大程度上制约或提升毕业生就业成功率.在个人因素中,提高个人能力素质以及加强就业知识对毕业生能否择优就业有很大影响.In order to better understand the employment situation of university students,the graduates of Qufu Normal University in 2021 were selected as the research object,and the main factors affecting the employment of graduates were analyzed by structural equation model.Through numerical analysis results,it is concluded that family factors are the most influential,followed by individual factors.Among the family factors,family economic status and parents’idea of choosing a job restrict or improve the success rate of graduates’employment to a great extent.Among the individual factors,the improvement of individual ability and quality and the strengthening of employment knowledge have great influence on the graduates’employment.
