摘 要:为了解光照强度如何影响动物的免疫能力,将16只成年雄性黑线毛足鼠(Phodopus sungorus)随机分为弱光组(low light density,LLD,n=8)和强光组(high light density,HLD,n=8),进行了9周的实验观测.统计分析发现:光照强度不影响黑线毛足鼠的体重;强光照降低了肠系膜脂肪含量,但其他身体成分不受光照强度的影响;器官鲜重不受光照强度的影响,胸腺和脾脏鲜重、白细胞总数在强光组与弱光组之间也不存在显著差异;光照强度不影响反映细胞免疫能力的植物血球凝集素(PHA)反应.总之,光照强度对黑线毛足鼠的体重、内脏器官和大多数身体成分及其细胞免疫功能都没有显著影响.In order to understand how light intensity affects the immune function of animals,16 adult male Siberian hamsters(Phodopus sungorus)were randomly divided into low light density group(LLD,n=8)and high light density group(HLD,n=8)for 9 weeks.Statistical analysis found that:Light intensity did not affect the body weight of the Siberian hamsters.High light intensity decreased mesenteric fat content,but other body components were not affected by light intensity.The wet weight of organs was not affected by light intensity,and there was no significant difference in the wet weight of thymus and spleen and the total number of white blood cells between the high light group and the low light group.Light intensity did not affect phytohemagglutinin(PHA)response,which reflects cellular immunity.The results showed that light intensity had no significant effect on body weight,internal organs,most body components and cellular immune function of Siberian hamsters.Light intensity is one of the important factors affecting the immune function in animals.Sixteen adult male Siberian hamsters(Phodopus sungorus)were randomly divided into the low light density group(LLD,n=8)and the high light density group(HLD,n=8).The treatment period lasted for 9 weeks.We found that body mass was not affected by light intensity in Siberian hamsters.Body composition including wet carcass mass,subcutaneous fat and its content,mesenteric fat,retroperitoneal fat and its content did not differ between the two groups.However,the content of mesenteric fat was higher in the LLD group than that in the HLD group.The wet masses of organs including brain,brown adipose tissue(IBAT),heart,stomach and its contents,small intestine and its contents,cecum and its contents,colon and its contents,the lengths of small intestine length,cecum and colon were also not influenced by light intensity.The wet masses of thymus and spleen,white blood cells did not differ between the high and low light density groups.No significant effect of light density on phytohemagglutinin(PHA)res
