摘 要:为了研究热处理对花岗闪长岩静、动态抗拉强度的影响,首先对加工好的花岗闪长岩试样进行了额定温度为25~800℃的热处理,同时采用工业CT系统对热处理后的圆盘试样进行了扫描和三维图像重构,然后采用分离式的霍普金森压杆(SHPB)和电液伺服液压系统对比测试了热处理后花岗闪长岩的静、动态抗拉强度,最后采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对静态拉伸破坏后的试样的断面形貌特征进行了扫描,探讨了高温对花岗闪长岩微观结构的改变。结果表明:热处理会显著劣化花岗闪长岩的物理和静、动态抗拉性能,花岗闪长岩的质量、密度、纵波波速和静、动态抗拉强度均随着热处理温度的上升而不断下降,体积和孔隙率则随着热处理温度的上升不断增加,在400~600℃之间存在花岗闪长岩热损伤的临界温度,超过此临界温度后,试样内部沿晶裂纹和孔隙会大量增加,物理、力学性质的劣化加速。In order to study the effect of heat treatment on the static and dynamic tensile strength of granodiorite,firstly,the processed granodiorite samples were subjected to heat treatment with the rated temperature of 25~800℃.At the same time,the disk samples after heat treatment were scanned and reconstructed by industrial CT system,and then the static and dynamic tensile strength of granodiorite after heat treatment were compared and tested by Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB)and electro-hydraulic servo hydraulic system Dynamic tensile strength.Finally,Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)was used to scan the section morphology characteristics of the sample after static tensile failure,and the change of the microstructure of granodiorite under high temperature was discussed.The results show that heat treatment will significantly degrade the physical,static and dynamic tensile properties of granodiorite.The mass,density,longitudinal wave velocity and static and dynamic tensile strength of granodiorite decrease with the increase of heat treatment temperature,while the volume and porosity increase with the increase of heat treatment temperature.There is a critical temperature for thermal damage of granodiorite between 400~600℃,The intergranular cracks and pores in the sample will increase greatly,and the deterioration of physical and mechanical properties will accelerate.
