创业环境、创业阶段和返乡农民工创业学习方式选择的关系研究

摘　　要：使用多案例研究法分析不同创业环境和阶段下返乡农民工创业学习的方式,结果发现:经验学习和实践学习对各类型环境具有普适性;认知学习依环境有所差异,“简单-稳定”环境下倾向于实践性知识学习,“复杂-稳定”环境下倾向于理论性知识学习,“简单-动态”环境下倾向于以实践性知识学习引导理论性知识学习,“复杂-动态”环境下倾向于以理论性知识学习引导实践性知识学习;创业各阶段的主导学习方式也有所不同,创建期依赖于认知学习和经验学习,成长期和成熟期倾向于认知学习和实践学习。因此,返乡农民工创业者应根据所处创业环境和阶段选择相匹配的学习方式,政府等部门应拓展返乡创业学习机会和渠道,并推进数字创业学习和交流。Using the multi case study method,this paper analyzes the entrepreneurial learning styles of returning migrant workers in various types of entrepreneurial environments and entrepreneurial stages.The research finds that experiential learning and practical learning are universally applicable to all types of environments.Cognitive learning shows significant differences in different types of entrepreneurial environments,among which"simple stable"environment tends to practical knowledge learning,"complex stable"environment tends to theoretical knowledge learning,"simple dynamic"environment tends to practical knowledge learning to guide theoretical knowledge learning,and"complex dynamic"environment tends to theoretical knowledge learning to guide practical knowledge learning;The dominant learning methods at different stages of entrepreneurship are also different.The establishment period depends on cognitive learning and experiential learning,while the growth period and maturity period tend to cognitive learning and practical learning.Therefore,entrepreneurs of returning migrant workers should choose an appropriate learning style according to the type of environment and the stage of entrepreneurship.The government and other relevant departments should create the opportunities and channels of entrepreneurship learning for returning migrant workers,especially promote their digital entrepreneurship learning and communication.
