摘　　要：目的探究现阶段基层中医医疗机构中医务人员对互联网医疗的应用情况。方法问卷调查了北京2家县级中医医院及其所在中医医联体内的22家社区卫生服务中心的医务人员,共收集有效问卷658份,使用SPSS软件进行了数据分析。结果共有196名医务人员使用过互联网医疗,占29.79%。“网络健康科普、宣教功能”“在线咨询”“患者电子健康档案”使用率最高,使用率分别为21.12%、14.89%和13.53%。互联网医疗的整体使用满意度不高,但未来使用意愿较高。多数医务人员认为互联网医疗适用于中医和基层医疗机构。初级职称的医务人员相比正高职称的医务人员更少地使用互联网医疗功能(OR=0.399,P=0.044)。结论互联网医疗在基层中医医疗机构的使用率不高,但具备较好的发展前景,应关注医务人员的实际需求,合理引入适宜的互联网医疗功能。Objective To investigate the use of Internet plus health care(IPHC)among medical staff in grassroots traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)medical institutions.Methods A questionnaire-based survey was conducted among medical staff in two county-level TCM hospitals and 22 community health service centers within the TCM medical consortium in Beijing.A total of 658 valid responses were collected,and the results were analyzed using the SPSS software package.Results A total of 196 respondents(29.79%)had used IPHC."Online health education","online consultations",and"electronic health records"were among the most frequently used IPHC items,accounting for 21.12%,14.89%,and 13.53%,respectively.The overall satisfaction with IPHC was not high,but the willingness to use it in the future was high.The majority of medical professionals believed that IPHC was feasible for TCM and grassroots medical institutions.Medical staff with junior titles were less likely to use IPHC compared to those with senior titles(OR=0.399,P=0.044).Conclusions The utilization rate of IPHC is not high in grassroots TCM medical institutions but has shown good feasibility for future development.More appropriate IPHC items should be introduced to meet the real needs of medical staff.
