摘  要:随着可再生能源装机容量的增加,传统的火力发电企业承担着越来越多的调峰、迎峰的任务,特别是当机组处于低负荷阶段,锅炉面临的问题非常严峻,包括水动力不足、脱硝烟温不足、水冷壁等受热面承受频繁的交变应力等问题。通过增加锅炉循环泵系统、省煤器分级布置、增加烟气旁路、增加省煤水旁路、水冷壁分段布置等一系列优化改造措施,电站锅炉在长期低负荷、变负荷运行过程中,各项参数均达到设计值,锅炉运行安全稳定。With the increase of installed capacity of renewable energy,more and more tasks of peak regulating and meeting are undertook by the traditional thermal plant,especially at the low load unit stage.Thus,the boilers are faced with many hard problems,such as insufficient hydraulic power,insufficient temperature of denitration smoke,alternating stress bore by the heating surfaces like water cooled wall et al.A series of optimizing methods were took,including the additions of boiler circulating pump system,flue gas bypass,water bypass for economizer,as well as the applications of grading arrangement scheme on the economizer,section layout on the water cooled wall.After these modification,the power plant boiler kept operating stably and safely,while all the parameters met the design values under the low and changing load condition during long term operation.
