摘 要:为保证在蒸汽除沫罐的进口处设置的防冲挡板有足够的强度且安全可靠,对防冲挡板结构的选型和强度进行分析。首先采用ANSYS Fluent对平板形、圆弧形及球冠形防冲挡板进行流场性能仿真,计算出防冲挡板表面的压力分布;其次采用ANSYS Mechanical模块进行结构强度计算。结果表明:平板型、圆弧形以及球冠型防冲挡板在进口方向上最大压力分别为350613,350470,350472 Pa,3种不同类型的防冲挡板都在强度安全范围以内,且圆弧形防冲挡板的应力及变形最小,因此蒸汽除沫罐选择圆弧形防冲挡板效果最好。In order to ensure the sufficient strength and safety of the inlet of the steam defrothing tank,the selection and strength of the baffle structure were analyzed.Firstly,ANSYS Fluent was used to simulate the flow field performance of flat-shaped anti-impact baffle,circular arc anti-impact baffle and spherical crown anti-impact baffle,and the pressure distribution on the surface of the anti-impact baffle was calculated.Secondly,the ANSYS Mechanical module was used to calculate the structural strength of the anti-impact baffle.The results show that the maximum pressure of plate type anti-impact baffle,circular arc anti-impact baffle and ball crown anti-impact baffle are 350613 Pa,350470 Pa and 350472 Pa respectively in the entrance direction.The three different types of anti-impact baffle are all within the safety range of strength and the circular arc anti-impact baffle has the minimum stress and deformation,therefore,the circular arc anti-impact baffle is the best choice for steam defrothing tank.
