摘　　要：通过弹道枪开展12.7 mm穿燃弹以不同速度垂直侵彻603装甲钢半无限厚靶板的弹道试验,并结合数值仿真计算对侵彻深度、侵彻阻力等进行研究。结果表明:侵彻过程中弹芯为主要侵彻元,表现为刚性侵彻,背甲对侵彻深度的影响可忽略。不同着靶速度的弹芯侵彻阻力随位移的变化规律基本一致,可分为弹芯飞行摩擦阻力阶段、弹芯头部进入靶板阶段、弹芯头部完全进入靶板阶段。通过刚性弹侵彻半无限厚靶板,结合空腔膨胀理论模型对尖卵形弹头进行等效简化,建立了尖卵形刚性弹芯侵彻深度预测公式。根据量纲分析拟合得到了无量纲侵彻深度和无量纲动能的关系式。stract The ballistic experiment of 12.7 mm incendiary bullet penetrating the semi‐infinite thickness target plate of 603 armor steel vertically at different speeds was carried out by the ballistic gun,and the penetration depth and penetration resistance were analyzed and studied by numerical simulation calculation.The results show that the core of the bullet is the main penetration element during the penetration process,which is manifested as rigid penetration,and the influence of the back armor on the penetration depth can be ignored.The change law of penetration resistance of the core with displacement under different target speeds is basically same,which can be divided into the frictional resistance stage of the core when it flies,the stage where the oval head of the core tip enters the target plate and where the resistance of the target plate gradually increases,and the oval head of the tip of the bullet core completely enters the normal resistance stage of the target plate.By using the rigid bullet penetration of the semi‐infinite thick target plate,combined with the cavity expansion theory model,the equivalent simplification of the pointed oval warhead were used to establish the prediction formula of the penetration depth of the pointed oval rigid core.According to dimensional analysis,the relationship between dimensionless penetration depth and dimensionless kinetic energy were obtained.
