摘  要:用ER4047和ER5356两种焊丝作为填充材料,开展6061铝合金MIG焊接试验。研究2种焊丝对6061铝合金MIG焊接接头显微组织和力学性能的影响。通过金相观察、硬度测试、拉伸试验、成分分析,评价2种焊丝填充焊缝的组织和性能。结果表明:ER4047焊丝填充的焊缝成形较好,ER5356焊丝填充的焊缝存在严重的未熔合缺陷;ER4047焊丝填充接头热影响区晶粒较粗大,晶粒直径约为23.7~107.7μm,ER5356焊丝填充接头热影响区晶粒较细小,晶粒直径约为21.5~72.3μm;ER4047焊丝填充的焊缝硬度和拉伸强度都明显高于ER5356焊丝填充的焊缝。The MIG welding experiments of 6061 aluminum alloy were carried out using ER4047 and ER5356 welding wires as filler materials.The effects of two kinds of welding wires on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 6061 aluminum alloy MIG welded joint were studied.The microstructure and properties of the welds filled with two kinds of wires were evaluated by metallographic observation,hardness test,tensile test and composition analysis.The results show that the weld filled with ER4047 wire has a better shape,while the weld filled with ER5356 wire has serious incomplete fusion defects.In addition,the heat affected zone(HAZ)grains of the welding joint filled with ER4047 wire are coarse,with grain diameters ranging from 23.7μm to 107.7μm.The HAZ grains of the welding joint filled with ER5356 wire are small,with grain diameters ranging from 21.5μm to 72.3μm.Besides,the hardness and tensile strength of the weld filled with ER4047 wire is higher than that of the weld filled with ER5356 wire.
