摘 要:用涂层硬质合金刀具对30CrNi2MoVA高强钢进行单因素铣削试验,研究切削用量对切削温度的影响规律。结果表明:在切削用量选择范围内,高效铣削高强钢的切削温度随切削速度、进给量、轴向切深的增大而升高,进给量对切削温度的影响较小;轴向切深对切削温度影响较大,随轴向切深增大,温度升高明显;切削速度大于250 m/min时,切削温度升高明显。The effect of cutting parameters on cutting temperature was studied based on the single factor milling test of 30CrNi2MoVA high strength steel using coated carbide cutting tools.The results show that the cutting temperature of high strength steel in high efficiency milling increases with the increase of cutting speed,feed rate and axial cutting depth within the selection range of cutting parameters.The feed rate has little effect on cutting temperature.The axial cutting depth has great influence on the cutting temperature,and the temperature increases obviously with the increase of the axial cutting depth.When the cutting speed is greater than 250 m/min,the cutting temperature increases obviously.
