摘 要:如何评价焊接接头的疲劳特性是确定工件使用性能的关键,国内外研究者在名义应力法、热点应力法和等效结构应力法几个方面进行了研究。得出,名义应力法适用简单载荷下的常见焊接接头疲劳评价,热点应力法适用复杂载荷下的管状焊接接头疲劳评价,等效结构应力法适用工程中具有厚度效应的焊接接头疲劳评价。本文回顾了焊接接头的典型疲劳评价方法的发展历程,剖析了名义应力、热点应力、等效结构应力理论方法的最新研究进展,对比了针对不同类型焊接接头疲劳评价的适用性。最后,对焊接接头疲劳评价方法的应用进行了展望,总结了新的研究方向。How to evaluate the fatigue characteristics of welded joints is the key to determine the performance of the workpiece.Researchers at home and abroad conducted researches on the nominal stress method,hot spot stress method and equivalent structural stress method.The results show that the nominal stress method is suitable for simple fatigue evaluation of common welded joints under load,the hot spot stress method is suitable for fatigue evaluation of tubular welded joints under complex loads,and the equivalent structural stress method is suitable for fatigue evaluation of welded joints with thickness effects in engineering.The development history of typical fatigue evaluation methods for welded joints was reviewed,the latest research progress of nominal stress,hot spot stress,and equivalent structural stress theoretical methods was analyzed,and their applicability to fatigue evaluation of different types of welded joints was compared in this paper.Finally,the application of fatigue evaluation methods for welded joints were prospected,and new research directions were summarized.
