摘  要:【目的】探明耐盐促生菌的耐盐促生性与其复合菌剂对狼尾草生长及生理生化的影响,为盐碱地复合菌剂微生物肥料的开发应用提供参考依据。【方法】从新疆盐渍湖土样分离菌株,采用形态学和分子生物学对其进行鉴定,将筛选得到的耐盐菌株与实验室筛选得到的固氮菌枯草芽孢杆菌X-N1及解磷菌贝莱斯芽孢杆菌X-P18配制复合菌剂,进一步筛选出对狼尾草耐盐促生效果较好的单菌剂及复合菌剂;采用盆栽试验方法,以不施任何菌剂为对照(CK),研究耐盐促生菌单菌剂及复合菌剂对狼尾草生长及生理生化的影响。【结果】从新疆盐渍湖土样中分离纯化得到2株耐盐碱菌X-NY1和X-NY5,分别为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)和解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens);X-NY1和X-NY5可产吲哚乙酸、胞外多糖、溶磷、嗜铁素和ACC脱氨酶等,产能分别为16.72 mg/L和15.26 mg/L、90.86 mg/L和136.30 mg/L、20.38 mg/L和21.94 mg/L、0.53和0.47、1.20 U/mg和1.66 U/mg;复合菌剂X-NY1+X-NY5+X-P18、X-NY1+X-N1+X-P18、X-NY5+X-N1+X-P18和X-NY5+X-P18对狼尾草种子有较好的耐盐促生作用,以复合菌剂X-NY5+X-N1+X-P18对狼尾草的耐盐促生效果最好,其地上生物量和株高较CK分别提高42.15%和127.08%,丙二醛含量较CK降低75.07%,脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白含量和SPAD值分别较CK提高373.35%、1892.02%和75.18%。【结论】从新疆盐渍湖土样分离筛选出耐盐促生菌株X-NY1和X-NY5,分别为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)和解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens),复合菌剂X-NY5+X-N1+X-P18对盐胁迫狼尾草生长及生理生化特性的改善效果最好。【Objective】The effect of salt tolerance and growth promotion traits of salt-tolerant and growth-promoting bacteria and its composite microbial agent on the growth,physiology and biochemistry of Pennisetum alopecuroides was explored,which provided reference for the development and application of compound microbial fertilizer in saline-alkali land.【Method】The strains were isolated from the soil samples of saline lakes in Xinjiang,and identified by morphological and molecular biological identification.Then the screened salt-tolerant strains were mixed with the nitrogen-fixing bacteria Bacillus subtilis X-N1 and the phosphate-solubilizing bacteria Bacillus velezensis X-P18 screened in the laboratory to prepare composite microbial agent,and the single and composite microbial agents with better salt-tolerant and growth-promoting effects on P.alopecuroides were screened.The effects of single microbial agent and compound microbial agent with salt tolerance and growth promotion effect on the growth,physiological and biochemical characteristics of P.alopecuroides were studied by pot experiment with no microbial agent as control(CK).【Result】Two saline-alkali tolerant bacteria X-NY1 and X-NY5 were isolated and purified from saline-lake soil samples in Xinjiang,which were B.subtilis and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,respectively.X-NY1 and X-NY5 could produce indoleacetic acid,extracellular polysaccharide,soluble phosphorus,siderophore and ACC deaminase,and the production capacity was 16.72 mg/L and 15.26 mg/L,90.86 mg/L and 136.30 mg/L,20.38 mg/L and 21.94 mg/L,0.53 and 0.47 and 1.20 U/mg and 1.66 U/mg,respectively.The compound microbial agent X-NY1+X-NY5+X-P18,X-NY1+X-N1+X-P18,X-NY5+X-N1+X-P18 and X-NY5+X-P18 had better salt tolerance and growth promotion effect on P.alopecuroides seeds.The compound microbial agent X-NY5+X-N1+X-P18 had the best salt tolerance and growth promotion effect on P.alopecuroides.Compared with CK,the aboveground biomass and plant height increased by 42.15%and 127.08%,respectively,and the MD
