摘  要:【目的】探明中国蜂缘蝽属的条蜂缘蝽(Riptortus linearis)、点蜂缘蝽(Riptortus pedestris)和小蜂缘蝽(Riptortus parvus)3个种的准确鉴定方法,以期为该类害虫的准确分类鉴定及有效防治其在豆类作物上的危害提供依据。【方法】通过外部形态特征比较,扩增并分析COI条形码序列数据,计算蜂缘蝽种内种间遗传距离,判断中国蜂缘蝽属各物种间的关系。【结果】蜂缘蝽属的条蜂缘蝽、点蜂缘蝽和小蜂缘蝽3个种的前胸背板、头部和胸部侧板及雄性外生殖器等形态特征差异明显,可区分中国蜂缘蝽属内不同种;条蜂缘蝽和点蜂缘蝽的COI条形码序列为75条,其单倍型数量分别为12个和35个,2个种的种间不存在共享单倍型;2个种的种内遗传距离分别为0.67%和0.68%,其种间距离为6.55%;COI条形码数据差异同样可区分其属内不同种。【结论】形态特征差异结合COI条形码数据可将蜂缘蝽属内不同种进行准确鉴定。【Objective】In order to provide the basis for the accurate classification and identification of species of Riptortus and effective control of its harm to leguminous crops,the accurate identification methods of Riptortus linearis,Riptortus pedestris and Riptortus parvus were explored.【Method】By comparing external morphological features,amplifying and analyzing COI barcode sequence data,and calculating intraspecific and interspecific genetic distance,the relationship among species was determined.【Result】There were obvious differences in pronotums,head,propleuron and male genitalia of R.linearis,R.pedestris and R.parvus,which could be used as the main evidence for species identification.The COI barcoding sequences of R.linearis and R.pedestris were 75,with 12 haplotypes of R.linearis and 35 haplotypes of R.pedestris,respectively,and there was no shared haplotype between the two species.The intraspecific genetic distance of the two species was 0.67%and 0.68%,respectively,and the interspecific distance was 6.55%.COI barcode data could also distinguish different species within the genus.【Conclusion】Morphological characteristics and COI barcode data could be used to accurately identify different species of Riptortus.
