摘  要:为研究装配式混凝土结构连接部位约束垫层混凝土拌合物的受压徐变性能,通过试验模拟得到了不同厚度约束垫层混凝土拌合物在强度发育期不同施工荷载历程下的全应变及徐变应变时程曲线,并据此讨论了垫层厚度、加载龄期以及加载应力对约束垫层混凝土拌合物受压徐变的影响规律.研究结果表明:垫层厚度越薄、加载龄期越早、加载应力越大,徐变应变就越大;装配施工荷载下约束垫层混凝土拌合物强度发育期具有良好的、可控的受压徐变性能,可以满足装配施工需求.In order to study the creep behavior of restrained concrete mixture cushion at the joint of precast concrete structure,the time history curves of full strain and creep strain of restrained concrete mixture cushion of different thickness under different construction load histories during the strength development period were obtained through experimental simulation,and the influence of cushion thickness,loading age and loading stress on compressive creep of restrained concrete mixture cushion were discussed.The results show that the creep strain becomes larger when the thickness of the cushion is thinner with the earlier loading age and greater loading stress.Under the load of assembling construction,the restrained concrete mixture cushion has good and controllable compressive creep performance during the strength development period,which can meet the requirements of assembling construction.
