摘 要:为实现对接接头激光焊件缺陷的空间定位及可视化,添加辅助块将其转换为T形接头焊件.基于无标识旋转视差法获取了焊件X线检测图像,建立了缺陷空间定位的数学模型.实现了焊件缺陷的深度、偏移量、沿焊缝纵向分布、缺陷大小等空间位置数据的自动提取,并对缺陷空间定位模型进行了无损伤验证.试验结果表明:80个预设空间位置气孔缺陷的深度平均相对误差为0.21%,偏移量平均相对误差为0.71%,沿焊缝纵向分布无误差.创建的焊件三维模型实现了批量气孔缺陷的空间再现.通过统计分析获得了批量气孔缺陷的空间分布特征,可为该类焊件的焊接工艺修订、连接质量判定及结构完整性评价等奠定良好基础.In order to achieve spatial location and visualization of defects in butt joint laser weldment,an auxiliary block was added to convert it into a T-joint weldment.Based on the unmarked rotation parallax method,the X-ray detection image of the weldment was obtained,and the mathematical model of defect depth and deviation was established.The automatic extraction of spatial location data such as depth,offset,longitudinal distribution along the weld seam,and defect size of welding defects was achieved,and the defect spatial positioning model was non-destructive verified.The experimental results show that the average relative error of the depth and offset of 80 preset spatial positions with porosity defects was 0.21%and 0.71%,respectively.There was no error in the longitudinal distribution along the weld seam.Then,a 3D model of the welded part was created to achieve spatial representation of batch porosity defects.The spatial distribution characteristics of batch porosity defects were obtained through statistical analysis,which can lay a good foundation for welding process revision,connection quality judgment,and structural integrity evaluation of this type of weldment.
