摘　　要：为了继续打造好“网格化管理、组团式服务”这一舟山基层社会治理和基层党建工作的特色品牌,使之成为浙江继“枫桥经验”之后具有全国影响力的社会治理金名片,本文在梳理舟山“网格化管理、组团式服务”的实践历程与特点、分析“网格化管理、组团式服务”创新提升的现实必要性的基础上,从工作定位、网格治理、精细服务、信息支撑、长效机制等方面提出了创新突破的具体建议。In order to continue to well create a distinctive brand of“g rid management and group services”in Zhoushan’s grassroots social governance and the work of Party building and to make it agold card of nationwide influential social governance in Zhejiang after the“Fengqiao Experience”,this paper,on the basis of not only combing through the practical process and characteristics of“grid management and group services”in Zhoushan but also analyzing the practical necessity of innovative improvement in“grid management and group services”,proposes specific suggestions for innovative breakthroughs from such aspects as the work orientation,gri d governance,fine services,information support,and long-term mechanism.
