妇女科技工作者的媒介形象呈现与启示——以《中国妇女报》和《科技日报》为例

摘　　要：妇女科技工作者是我国国民经济和社会发展中不可或缺的一支力量,在科技领域发挥着“半边天”的作用。以2022年《中国妇女报》和《科技日报》中妇女科技工作者报道为主要研究对象,发现两个主要科技传播阵地的报道,都突破了传统女性角色观念,呈现多元的科技“她面孔”,并塑造了丰富多彩的妇女科技工作者的媒介形象。但也存在妇女科技工作者非均衡性发展、全媒体矩阵中各平台缺乏联动和呈现方式单一等问题。由此提出建议,提高报道中的女性科技工作者占比,融通各媒介渠道,以更多元的方式呈现妇女科技工作者媒介形象,进而提高报道质量,推动妇女科技事业发展。Women sci-tech workers are an indispensable force in China's national economy and social development,playing a"half sky"role in the field of science and technology.As a driving force for social development,media coverage plays a crucial role in promoting the balanced development of women workers in the field of science and technology.This article takes the reports of women scientists in China Women's Daily and Science and Technology Daily in 2022 as the main research object,and compares the reports of the two main scientific and technological communication positions,which have broken through the traditional concept of women's roles,presented multiple scientific and technological"her faces",and shaped a rich media image of women scientists.However,there is also an unbalanced development of women scientists.The lack of linkage among various platforms in the full media matrix and the single presentation method are issues.Based on this,the article attempts to reflect on increasing the proportion of female sci-tech workers in reports,integrating various media channels to present the media image of women sci-tech workers in a more diverse way,thereby improving the quality of reports and promoting the development of women's science and technology.
