复方花蕊石汤对竹叶青蛇咬伤患者凝血功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的 观察复方花蕊石汤对竹叶青蛇咬伤患者凝血功能的影响。方法 将90例竹叶青蛇伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予常规的蛇伤治疗方案,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予复方花蕊石汤,2次/d,疗程均为3 d。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后72 h的凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)。结果 两组患者均表现出一定程度的凝血时间延长。治疗前,两组患者的TT、PT、APTT、FIB比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗72 h后,两组患者的TT、PT、APTT、FIB改善情况均优于治疗前,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组治疗72 h后的TT、PT、APTT及FIB均较对照组明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 复方花蕊石汤可明显改善竹叶青蛇咬伤患者的凝血功能,缩短恢复时间,提高临床疗效。Objective To observe the effect of compound Huaruishi Decoction on coagulation function in patients with Trimeresurus stejnegeri Bites.Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional snakewound treatment,and the observation group was additionally given compound Huareishi Decoction,twice a day,for 3 days.thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and fibrinogen(FIB)of two group were compared before and after treatment.Results Both groups of patients showed a certain degree of prolonged coagulation time after being bitten by Trimeresurus stejnegeri.There was no statistically significant difference in the TT,PT,APTT,FIB between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 72 h of treatment,TT,PT,APTT,FIB of the two groups ere better than that before treatment(P<0.05),which showed that the coagulation time was shortened and the coagulation function gradually recovered.After 72 h of treatment,TT,PT,APTT and FIB in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Huaruishi Decoction can obviously improve the coagulation function of the patients bitten by Trimeresurus stejnegeri,shorten the recovery time and improve the clinical efficacy.
