摘　　要：目的 探讨针刺负压真空罐治疗蝮蛇咬伤肢体肿胀的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2020年7月至2022年12月我科收治的80例蝮蛇咬伤患者的临床资料,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组给予全身综合治疗+针刺负压真空罐治疗,对照组给予全身综合治疗+传统切开减压治疗,比较两组的伤肢肿胀程度、疼痛评分、临床疗效、患者满意度及住院时间。结果 观察组的伤肢肿胀程度、疼痛评分、住院时间均少于对照组,临床疗效和满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 针刺负压真空罐治疗能够有效减轻蝮蛇咬伤患者的伤肢肿胀程度,减轻患者痛苦,缩短住院时间,临床疗效肯定,患者满意度高,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of thorn blood cupping therapy on limb swelling caused by viper bite.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with Agkistrodon halys bite treated in our department from July 2020 to December 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the random number table methods,they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The swelling degree of injured limbs,pain score,clinical efficacy,patient satisfaction and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Results The swelling degree,pain score and hospitalization time of injured limbs in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the clinical efficacy and satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Thorn blood cupping therapy can effectively reduce the swelling degree of injured limbs,relieve the pain of patients and shorten the hospitalization time,with positive clinical effect and high patient satisfaction.And its operation is simple,negative pressure can be controlled,and it can be carried out repeatedly,which is safe and reliable,and worthy of clinical promotion.
