解毒散外敷联合放血疗法治疗蝮蛇咬伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨解毒散外敷联合穴位放血疗法治疗蝮蛇咬伤的效果。方法 选择2020年5月至2021年6月我院收治的符合标准的100例患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,包括局部处理和内科综合治疗;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用解毒散外敷联合局部穴位放血疗法。观察比较两组患者的临床效果,治疗前后全身症状积分、局部体征积分、住院时间、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和白细胞计数。结果 治疗组的住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的全身症状积分、局部体征积分、VAS评分和白细胞计数均较治疗前降低(均P<0.05);除VAS评分外,治疗组各指标下降更明显(均P<0.05)。结论 解毒散外敷联合穴位放血治疗蝮蛇咬伤可明显改善症状,缩短住院时间,促进患者恢复,值得临床借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of Jiedu Powder combined with acupoint bloodletting therapy on patients bitten by Agkistrodon halys.Methods 100 patients who met the standards received from our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,including the study group of 50 cases and the control group of 50 cases.The study group received external application of Jiedu Powder combined with local acupoint bleeding therapy on the basis of routine treatment,while the control group received routine treatment,with routine treatment mainly referring to local treatment and comprehensive internal medicine treatment.Observe and record the clinical effects of two groups of patients,including the scores of systemic symptoms,local signs,hospitalization days,Vas visual pain scores,and white blood cells before and after treatment,and compare and analyze them.Results The hospitalization time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of systemic symptoms,local signs,and white blood cells decreased in both groups(P<0.05),but the decrease was more significant in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of Jiedu Powder combined with acupoint bloodletting can significantly improve the symptoms of Agkistrodon halys bite,shorten the hospital stay,and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible,which is worth learning from.
