中西医结合救治五步蛇咬伤80例体会

摘　　要：目的 探讨中西医结合治疗五步蛇咬伤的临床疗效。方法 选取我院急诊科就诊的五步蛇咬伤患者160例,随机分为观察组和对照组各80例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用蛇伤药液外敷并辅以电磁波照射治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、并发症和后遗症的发生情况。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为97.5%(78/80),高于对照组的80.00%(64/80),两组比较差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的并发症和后遗症发生率比较,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 中西医结合治疗能提高五步蛇咬伤的临床疗效,有助于促进患者康复,减少后遗症。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Agkistrodon acutus bite on the basis of Western medicine treatment combined with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 160 patients bitten by Agkistrodon acutus were selected from the emergency department of Liping County People's Hospital and randomly divided into observation group(80 cases)and control group(80 cases).The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with external application of snake wound liquid supplemented by electromagnetic wave irradiation on the basis of conventional Western medicine.Compare the clinical efficacy and incidence of sequelae between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 97.50%(78/80),while the total effective rate in the control group was 80.00%(64/80).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Although both groups had complications and sequelae,the incidence rate in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of Agkistrodon acutus bite can learn from each other's strengths,shorten the course of disease,improve the treatment effect,and promote the early recovery of patients,reduce sequelae and mortality.
