摘 要:目的 探讨双轨合一模式下临床医学专业学位硕士研究生科研能力体系课程改革的探索与实践效果。方法 选择我院2019级、2020级临床医学专业学位硕士研究生为研究对象。以2019级96名学生作为对照组,采用临床常规教学+自我学习科研知识的培养模式;以2020级99名学生作为实验组,采用临床常规教学+科研能力体系课程的培养模式。对两组学生的临床科研能力进行效果评价,并对实验组学生的科研能力提高情况进行问卷调查。结果 实验组90%以上的研究生认为在科研实操能力、科研积极性、自身整体科研能力和综合素养方面均有提高,实验组的科研产出明显高于对照组,且临床科研能力优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 科研能力体系课程有利于提升专硕研究生的临床科研能力,为科研能力体系课程未来纳入临床医学专业学位研究生必修课程及课程改革提供理论依据。Objective To explore the practical effect of the curriculum reform of scientific research ability system for master degree students in clinical medicine under the dual track integration.Methods 96 graduate studentsin 2019(the control group)and 99 graduate students in 2020(the experimental group)of clinical medicine in our hospital were taken as the research objects,the control group were educated by the clinical routine training and the self-learning scientific research course,the experimental group were educated by the clinical routine training and scientific research teaching.The clinical research ability of the two groups was evaluated,and the research ability of the experimental group was collected by questionnaires.Results More than 90%of graduate students in the experimental group determined that scientific research practical ability,research enthusiasm,overall research ability and comprehensive literacy were improved.The research output of the experimental group was significantly increased compared with that of the control group,and the self-assessment of clinical research ability was better than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The scientific research ability course is conducive to the cultivation of clinical scientific research ability of professional master students,and it would provide theoretical basis for the selection of compulsory courses and the reformation of curriculum of clinical medicine graduate students in future.
