基于模糊层次分析法的化工园区生态环境管理绩效评价研究

摘　　要：为提升化工园区生态环境保护能力,从园区规划、监管能力、环境治理、环境风险防控和绿色低碳发展五个方面建立了化工园区生态环境管理绩效评价指标体系;然后采用层次分析法确定各评价指标权重,并运用模糊综合评价法对某化工园区进行了生态环境管理绩效评价。结果表明:该化工园区生态环境管理绩效处于中等水平,环境治理能力以及风险防控能力需进一步加强,本评价方法对提升化工园区生态环境管理水平具有一定的借鉴作用。In order to improve the ecological environmental protection ability of chemical industrial parks,the ecological environmental management performance evaluation index system of chemical parks was established from five aspects:park planning,supervision ability,environmental governance,environmental risk prevention,and green and low-carbon development.The weight of evaluation index was confirmed by analytic hierarchy process and the ecological environment management performance of a chemical industry park was confirmed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The results show that the ecological environmental management performance of the chemical industry park was at a medium level,and the ability of environmental governance and risk prevention should be further strengthened.This evaluation provides a reference for the ecological environmental management of the chemical industry park.
