摘 要:火电行业作为陕西省能源消费量最大的行业,其煤炭消费量占陕西省消费总量40.82%,CO_(2)排放量占到陕西省总排放量的一半左右,该行业也是陕西省大气污染物的最重要排放源。为实现“3060”目标,文章分析了陕西省电力生产结构及火力发电煤耗等行业现状,探索了以电力生产结构调整、煤炭利用效率提升等措施为主线的火电行业减排路径,研究设置了两种不同减排情景,并测算了2030年不同减排路径下两种减排情景的节能、减排效益。研究发现通过优化电力生产结构、提升行业煤炭利用效率等措施可大幅度节约煤炭资源,同时实现大气污染物与二氧化碳的协同减排。As the largest energy consumption industry in Shaanxi Province,coal consumption in the thermal power industry accounts for 40.82%of the total consumption of the province,while CO_(2) emissions account for about half of the total emissions of the province.The industry is still the most important source of atmospheric pollutants in the province.In order to achieve the‘3060’goal,this paper analyzes the current situation of power production structure and coal consumption of thermal power generation in Shaanxi Province,and explores the emission reduction path of thermal power industry with the adjustment of power production structure and the improvement of coal utilization efficiency as the main line.Two different emission reduction scenarios are set up,and the energy saving and emission reduction benefits of the two emission reduction scenarios under different emission reduction paths in 2030 are calculated.It is found that by optimizing the power production structure and improving the coal utilization efficiency of the industry,coal resources can be greatly saved,and the synergistic emission reduction of air pollutants and carbon dioxide can berealized.
