基于最严格水资源管理的六合区节水现状及对策研究

摘  要:文章基于南京市六合区水资源现状、用水结构以及用水效率,综合分析了南京市六合区现状节水水平、节水潜力,探讨了未来六合区的节水对策。结果表明:主要节水潜力在农业方面,2025年在50%来水条件下总节水潜力为7 436万m3,在75%来水条件下总节水潜力为6 063万m3,在95%来水条件下总节水潜力为6 882万m3。基于最严格水资源管理目标要求,从农业节水、生活节水、工业节水、非常规水源利用等方面提出了节水对策,为南京市六合区节水型社会建设提供可行的思路。Based on the current situation of water resources,water use structure and water use efficiency in Liuhe District,Nanjing,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current water-saving level and water-saving potential of Liuhe District,Nanjing,and discusses the water-saving countermeasures in the future.The results show that the main water-saving potential is in agriculture.In 2025,the total water-saving potential is 74.36 million m 3 under the condition of 50%incoming water,60.63 million m 3 under the condition of 75%incoming water,and 68.82 million m 3 under the condition of 95%incoming water.Based on the most stringent water resource management objectives and requirements,water-saving countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of agricultural water saving,domestic water saving,industrial water saving,and unconventional water use,which provides feasible ideas for the construction of water-saving society in Liuhe District,Nanjing.
